- Is this per till or per venue?
- Per venue. A second till at the same branch on Grow Premium or Expand Plus costs nothing extra to run.
- Does Brella take a percentage of my sales?
- No. Every plan is a flat monthly fee. Whatever the register rings up is yours.
- What happens if my internet goes down?
- The till keeps selling offline on every plan. Sales sync automatically once the connection is back.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move up when you open a second branch, or down if a season is quieter. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
- Do prices differ between the Philippines and Australia?
- Yes. Use the AUD / PHP toggle above the plans to see the price for your region.
