Hardware is optional: Brella already runs on the tablet, browser or Windows PC on your counter. Order a kit only when you would rather it turn up ready to open, or if you are replacing something that failed.

You do not have to buy anything to run Brella. Order a kit only if you would rather not source and configure hardware yourself. Kits arrive with your menu already loaded and the till registered.

Delivery & setup

It arrives ready to sell on.

A kit is not a box of parts. Before it leaves, your menu, recipes and staff PINs are loaded, and the till is registered to your business, so opening it on the counter is the first time it needs to work, not the first time it gets configured.

  • Delivery across Metro Manila within a week; provincial and Australian addresses are quoted with the order.
  • A short remote call at setup to confirm the network, the printer and the cash drawer before opening.
  • A failed printer or a damaged unit is replaced under warranty, not repaired on your counter.
